Sara Notario is a PhD candidate and research/teaching assistant at the Centre d’études juridiques européennes (CEJE) of the Law Faculty at the University of Geneva. She assists Professor Christine Kaddous for the course "Law and Practice of EU Foreign Policy” and is writing a PhD thesis in EU foreign relations law under her supervision. Sara holds a Master's degree in European Studies (major in "European Union Law and Institutions") from the University of Geneva and she specialized in EU external relations law by writing her Master’s thesis on the competence of the Court of justice of the EU in Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) matters. From August 2020 to August 2021, Sara joined the research team of Professor Gloria Gaggioli as a research and teaching assistant in the Department of Public International Law and International Organization of the Faculty of Law (University of Geneva). Sara participated in the European Law Moot Court as a European Commission Agent (semi-finalist) in the team representing the University of Geneva for the 2020-2021 edition.
